Inez, I think you are right that it doesn't work out to get together with the other groups right now with our differing schedules, especially since we have another church-wide activity around the corner.  Maybe we can try to plan it for later in the summer.

Let's stick with the plan to meet at 5:00 at Jaycee Park off Avenue Z behind the Ronald McDonald House.  We can plan to grill hot dogs.

Here's what we need:
hot dogs
buns
drinks
desserts
chips
sides (salad, fruit, bbq beans, potato salad, etc)
condiments for hot dogs

Let me know if I am overlooking anything.  Seems like we are averaging about 20 people a week, but try to RSVP as soon as you can using "reply all" so everyone can get a good idea of how much they need to bring!

Bring a softball glove if you have one or any other fun outdoor games you might have.  So far the weather forecast looks good for Sunday!  We'd love to see everyone even if you were only able to make it once or twice.
