[Onebrother] community group x-mas party

This week we will be having a Christmas party during our community group time.  Please bring a hearty appetizer or dessert to share.  Reply to all with what you are bringing so we have plenty of variety.  We also decided to have a white elephant gift exchange.  Please bring a funny gift to exchange.  Don't spend money, just something you already have or can score for free would be great!  Couples can either bring one gift and take one home or two so each person can go home with one- your choice.  

My kids are wanting to know if they can participate in the white elephant- so does anyone have any thoughts on if we should let the kids who would like to do a separate one?  Participate in ours?  Or just not participate?  I'm okay with any of the above, but the question has been raised so I thought i'd ask.
