[Onebrother] December Church Setup & Teardown

For the past few months other community groups have been serving us by arriving early to the CAC on Sundays to setup the facility for worship.    Now it is our turn.  For the month of December, we are going to be setting up for the service and tearing down the setup afterwards.  As someone who was on the setup crew prior to this arrangement, I can say that I really appreciate it.

The jobs consist of:
Book table setup & teardown
Welcome table setup & teardown
Coffee & Donuts setup & teardown
Communion setup & teardown
Sound setup & teardown

December is a hard month to schedule so the more of us that can be available this Sunday the better.  We can learn the different jobs so that if someone is traveling, those in town can pick up the slack.

Generally we arrive at 8:30 and divide up the jobs.  Those who can't arrive early but can stay later can pickup the teardown jobs.

This is a good opportunity to serve the body and enjoy the fellowship of working together.  The boys enjoy it so much they complain when we get there at 9:30.
