[Gospelchristianity] Planned Childrens Activities During Retreat

Just wanted everyone to know that during the three hour long sessions that the speaker is giving his talks (one Friday night, one Sat mid morning and one Sat mid evening) the older girls (Grace, Julia, Emily, and Abby) will be helping the younger kids learn how to act out some bible stories using puppets.  The scripts are already written for these bible stories - the kids just have to learn how to act out their parts using the puppets.  The kids will perform their puppet show as the first "act" in the talant show on Sat evening.  

During the rest of the times, during meals, the picnic time on Sat afternoon and visiting times, outside of when the speaker is presenting, there are no other planned children's activities or babysitters.  Families will need to plan to bring games, balls, toys, videos, etc....  for their kids during the rest of the retreat time.

                HI, Everyone!

                I just wanted to make sure I had a place for everyone to sleep comfortably.  I have room for 12...possibly 14... to sleep in a bed, on a mattress, or on a futon...so if we have more than that, I would recommend that the girls bring sleeping bags. Or if anyone has an air mattress they can bring, that would be great!  Also, if you can, bring a pillow. We probably don't have enough for everyone, but if you forget, don't worry...we have several. 
                We do have 3 showers with a total of 5 showerheads, so if you'd like to shower, that will be fine!  I should have enough towels, but if you have a favorite towel, feel free.
