Working with the idea that we will be meeting local and in homes for  
the retreat, the next decision is to pick a time.  I have set up a  
calendar at http://smallgroup.midnighthour.org to help.  The idea is  
that we put events for our families on the calendar and then look for  
holes.

Try to keep the events you list down to the showstopper events..  For  
instance, I put the TBC family camping trip on the calendar since we  
have been planning to do this, and the Hamms go every year.

I figured it would be simpler to all use the same user.  Just put your  
family name location field.
