[Community-leaders] Ministry Community Meeting - Friday, March 30th - 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Hi Community Group leaders,

You may have already seen in the newsletter that just went out that we are
going to have a Ministry Community Meeting at our house on Friday, March
30th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. (We'll have a simple dinner)

We'll be talking more in coming weeks about what this is and what it's aim
is.  But I specifically wanted to get it on all of your radars and
calendars and ask you, as people in ministry leadership positions already,
to plan to attend.

The aim of these meetings will be to have a central gathering point for
discussing, planning, and praying for ministry together inside our body as
well as outside.  It will be broader than Community Groups, and others will
be included, but I definitely hope to have our CG leaders involved in this.

As we are growing and getting more spread out and beginning to think about
new avenues of ministry, it is important that we have a unifying connecting
point.

Each meeting we will focus on a particular topic together for a while.
 We'll have the opportunity to connect as a whole, and informally with
other folks around a specific area of ministry.  My hope is that this time
will serve as a unifying catalyst for ongoing understanding, embracing, and
embodying the mission Jesus has given us together as a body.

Thanks for all you are doing to love and care for the people in your
groups.
